Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
Non-returnable items:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at Info@ValiantWarrior.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@ValiantWarrior.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account
- Contact your payment provider
